Heifer volunteers play a vital role in the effort to end hunger and poverty and promote sustainable solutions, sound nutrition and community well being. Welcome to the Heifer International Internship and Volunteer Opportunities website. By clicking Find a Position, this site will allow you to search for current positions; the opportunity to apply to these openings; express interest in future openings; and allow you to edit previously submitted applications and/or check their status by clicking My Applications. You may also submit a resume and/or cover letter after successfully submitting an application by clicking My Documents. By clicking My Notifications you can view a list of volunteer position types and indicate that you would like to be notified of future openings in any or all of the position types. First Time Users: You may click on Find a Position to view our current internship and volunteer opportunities. Once you click Apply, you will be directed to login, please click the link Want to Create a Profiile? or select the Profile link from the Main Navigation bar above. This will take you to a personal profile page in which you will provide your name, contact information along with an email address, a user id, and a password. If you do not have an email address you can click on the YAHOO link and create an email address. When you have saved your profile, you will be directed to a login page, at which you will need to supply the same ID and password you submitted with your profile. Upon logging in to the Employment Opportunities site, you will now have the ability to apply to any internship or volunteer positions you are interested in. Returning Users: Please select the Log-In link located above the Main Navigation bar to access you personal home page. **If you have any questions or experience any difficulties while using the site, please click on the Help link located in the upper right corner of the screen. This will open a new window, which will guide you through the processes involved in submitting applications for current openings or expressing interest in future opportunities.
